Great question! Hiring a full-time designer can cost over $100K per year, plus benefits (if you can even find one). And you might not have enough work to keep them busy all the time, which means paying for idle hours. Not ideal, right?
After subscribing, you can add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue. We'll work through them one by one, giving each our full attention until all are complete!
Most requests are completed within 2 days on average. More complex projects may take longer.
Typical requests, such as mood boards, material selections, and space renders, etc. are usually delivered within 48 hours. For larger projects, you'll receive deliverables every 24 hours until the entire request is fulfilled.
Our team at HappyArchitect consists of experienced designers who have worked on a wide range of residential and commercial projects. No matter the size or complexity of your client's vision, we have the skills to bring it to life. We take a holistic approach to design, ensuring every detail contributes to the overall story and feel of the space. As your design partner, we'll create a space that not only impresses your clients but makes them feel right at home.
We understand that you might not have enough design work for an entire month. Maybe you have only have one or two design projects at the moment. That's one way pausing your subscription can be beneficial. Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription, your billing cycle will be paused. This means you'll have 10 days of service remaining that you can use anytime in the future when you're ready to tackle your next design project with us.
When it comes to larger projects, like designing an entire residential or commercial property, we break things down into manageable pieces on our end. This way, you can expect to receive a reasonable amount of progress every 24-48 hours until your project is complete. We'll keep you in the loop every step of the way, so you can stay informed about how your project is progressing.
Our team loves working with software like SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Revit, but we aren't limited to just these programs. We're continuously revisiting our design toolkit to ensure we're always using the best tools available to deliver the best results for you.
We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using our handy tool called Trello. You can add your requests directly to Trello if you'd like, or you can share drawings, blueprints, Google docs, wireframes, or even just measurements and pictures of your space. If you prefer to provide the information in another format, no worries! We'll make sure to organize everything in Trello ourselves so we can easily track the project together.
No need to worry! We'll keep doing revisions until you're completely happy with the design.
Feel free to hit the pause button on your subscription once you've got what you need. Whenever another need comes up, just come back and pick up right where you left off. Your remaining subscription time will be banked, waiting for you.
